ServicesCommercial Junk Removal
Commercial Junk Removal in Doraville
We haul out old desks, cubicle panels, shelving, store fixtures and dead electronics from offices, shops and warehouses. Our crew works around your schedule, protects the floors and doorways on the way out, and sweeps up before we leave so your staff walks into a clean space.

Clearing Out a Workspace Without Disrupting It
Commercial junk removal is for the bulky, awkward stuff a business collects and the regular trash service won't take. Think a back room full of broken chairs, a suite you're handing back to the landlord, or a stockroom of fixtures from a store layout that changed two years ago.
The hard part usually isn't the lifting. It's getting it done while customers are coming in, staff are working, and the building manager is watching the hallway carpet. We plan the route out before we carry anything, pad the tight corners, and leave the space broom-clean. Our crews are enrolled in E-Verify, which matters when you're letting people into your workplace.
If what you have is leftover drywall and lumber from a buildout, our construction debris service is the better fit. For everything else that's simply in the way, this is the page.
What We Haul From Offices, Shops and Warehouses
- Office furniture
- Desks, conference tables, task chairs, bookcases and filing cabinets. Empty the drawers first if they hold records, and we take the rest.
- Cubicles and partitions
- We take apart workstation panels, work surfaces and overhead bins on site, so they leave in pieces that fit through standard doors.
- Retail fixtures and shelving
- Gondola shelving, slatwall, display cases, checkout counters and mannequins. Metal shelving is broken down and sent for scrap where possible.
- Electronics and equipment
- Monitors, printers, copiers, desktop towers and old phone systems. We route them to recycling rather than the landfill when a local outlet will accept them.
- Stockroom and storage clutter
- Pallets, outdated signage, broken carts, boxes of obsolete product packaging and whatever has piled up behind the back door.
Signs It's Time to Call In a Crew
Your lease end is coming
Most leases require the space returned empty and clean. Leaving furniture behind can cost you part of your deposit.
A storage room has become a hallway hazard
When old chairs and boxes spill into walkways or block an exit, it's a safety problem and not just an eyesore.
You're renovating or changing layouts
New furniture is on order and the old pieces need to be gone before delivery day.
Staff keep moving the same pile
If your team spends time shuffling junk instead of working, a few hours of our time costs less than theirs.
Dead electronics are stacking up
Old monitors and printers take up shelf space and shouldn't go in the regular trash.
What Goes Into the Price
Commercial jobs are priced mostly by the truck space your items fill, plus the work of loading them. Pricing is upfront with no hidden fees, and the figure we quote holds unless you add items.
Volume
A handful of desks and a whole floor of workstations are far apart in size. More truck space means a higher price.
Disassembly
Breaking down cubicles, built-in shelves and big conference tables safely takes time, and that work is included in the quote.
Access and distance
Upper floors, freight elevator rules, stairwells and a long carry to the loading area all take extra time.
Item type
Certain items, such as electronics and mattresses, come with their own disposal or recycling fees, and those are built into your quote.
Timing
Work that has to be done before opening or after normal hours can affect scheduling and price. We'll let you know on the call.
What a Commercial Job Looks Like
- 1
Quote over the phone
Let us know what's going, about how much, and how to reach it. Photos help us price it, or we can visit for a free, no-obligation on-site estimate.
- 2
A time that fits your hours
We pick a time around your business hours, early starts before opening included. Same-day and next-day service is available when the schedule allows.
- 3
Covering the way out
Floor runners go down, door frames and elevator walls get padding, and items are staged so entrances and customers stay clear.
- 4
Load and sort
We carry items out, take them apart when needed and sort them on the truck so reusable and recyclable pieces end up in the right place.
- 5
Sweep and final look
We sweep the area we cleared and walk through it with you, so you see it's empty before we go.

Questions About Commercial Junk Removal
Can you come before we open so customers aren't disrupted?
Usually, yes. Share your hours on the call and we'll try for an early slot. In offices, we can often work around employees by clearing one section at a time.
Does someone need to stay while you work?
Someone needs to let us in and confirm what's going. From there, plenty of managers step away and return for the final walkthrough.
What happens to data on old computers?
Take out or wipe hard drives before we get there. We remove the hardware and send it to recycling, but data destruction isn't something we do.
Who will be in our space?
A small crew from our own company. We're enrolled in E-Verify, so everyone we send has had their eligibility to work confirmed.
Are there items you don't take?
Paint, chemicals, fuel and other hazardous materials stay off our truck. If you're not sure about something, ask on the call and you'll get an honest answer.
Do you work with businesses beyond Doraville?
Yes. We also cover Chamblee, Norcross, Tucker, Dunwoody and other towns nearby. The full list is on our service areas page.
