Storage Unit Cleanouts in Doraville, GA
Monthly rent on a unit packed with things you don't use anymore keeps adding up. We show up, load everything, pull out what can be donated or recycled and sweep before leaving. You can close out the unit the same day we wrap up.

Done With the Unit? We'll Empty It for You
Most storage units fill up during a move, a downsizing or a family change, and then sit for years. By the time you are ready to let it go, the boxes have softened, the furniture is stacked to the ceiling, and nobody wants to spend a weekend sorting it in a hot metal room.
That is the part we take off your plate. Our crew does the lifting, the carrying and the loading, and we keep the aisle clear while we work so we are not in the way of other renters. You can be there to point out what stays, or you can tell us by phone and let us handle the rest.
Many facilities expect a unit to be fully empty and swept before you move out. We treat that as part of the job, not an extra.
What You Get With a Storage Unit Cleanout
- All the loading and hauling
- Everything you're done with comes out, from loose boxes to couches, mattresses, dressers and old workout equipment. If the load fits, it all leaves in one trip.
- Keeping your keepers apart
- Point out what you're holding on to. We keep those items separate and can put them in your car or stack them neatly for you.
- Donate and recycle before disposal
- Furniture and household goods in usable shape go to donation where accepted, and metal and cardboard go to recycling. Only items with no other use are thrown away.
- An empty unit, swept clean
- Once the last piece is out, we sweep and pick up stray packing tape, broken pallets and bits of old cardboard. The unit is ready to turn in.
- Open aisles while we load
- We keep items inside or right next to your unit and leave hallways and drives clear so other renters can get by.
Signs It's Time to Clear Out the Unit
The monthly bill feels pointless
If you have not opened the door in a year, the rent has likely cost more than most of what is inside is worth.
Boxes are sagging or damp
Georgia humidity gets into cardboard and fabric over time. Soft boxes, musty smells or mildew spots mean the contents are breaking down.
You're moving or downsizing
A move is the easiest moment to decide what really comes with you. Clearing the unit first means you only pay to move what you will use.
An estate or family unit needs closing
Settling a relative's storage unit is hard enough without heavy lifting. We can work at your pace and set aside anything personal that turns up.
A move-out date is coming
If the facility has given you a deadline, a single scheduled visit from us can take care of it.
What Moves the Price
Storage unit cleanouts are priced by how much room your things take on our truck, and you hear the number before we begin. Pricing is upfront with no hidden fees. Here is what pushes it higher or lower.
How packed the unit is
A 5x10 that's half full and a 10x30 stuffed to the door are not the same job. Volume matters more than anything else.
Big or heavy pieces
Safes, pianos, appliances and solid wood furniture need extra time and extra hands to move safely.
Items with special handling
Tires, mattresses, paint and old electronics may add disposal costs, so tell us if the unit has any.
Sorting you ask for
Going through boxes one at a time to find keepsakes or paperwork takes longer than simply emptying the unit.
What Happens on Cleanout Day
- 1
It starts with a call
Give us the unit size, a rough idea of what's in it and its location. We can quote over the phone or set up a free on-site estimate at the facility.
- 2
We meet you at the facility
The crew shows up at the set time and confirms the price before lifting anything. If you're there, we go over what stays and what goes.
- 3
Load, separate and haul
Everything gets carried out, with donations and recyclables split off as we load. Anything you're keeping goes where you want it.
- 4
Sweep and turn it in
We sweep the floor, clean up the aisle and check each corner for leftovers. After that, you can lock the door or hand back the key.

Questions About Storage Unit Cleanouts
Do I have to be at the unit while you work?
Not necessarily. Plenty of facilities let you put us on the access list or will meet us at the gate. Tell us by phone what you're keeping, and we'll take care of the rest and call when the unit is empty and swept.
Who handles my things?
Our own crew. We're enrolled in E-Verify, so the people moving your belongings are confirmed as eligible to work here. We handle everything carefully, even items on their way out.
Will you clear a unit in a nearby town?
Yes. Besides Doraville, we empty units in Chamblee, Norcross, Tucker, Dunwoody, Peachtree Corners and similar spots. Just give us the facility's location on the call.
Where does everything go?
Usable furniture and household goods are donated where accepted, and metal, cardboard and electronics are recycled. Anything remaining goes to proper disposal. We never dump anything.
How fast can you come?
Same-day and next-day service is available, based on that week's schedule. If your move-out date is near, let us know on the call and we'll aim for it.
What if I spot something I want partway through?
Let the crew know. We pause, put it aside and carry on. If that changes the load, we'll confirm any price change with you before going further.
Ready to Quit Paying Rent on That Unit?
Let us know what's in the unit and where it is, and you'll get a clear price. If you'd like us to see it first, we'll book a free on-site estimate.
