Garage Cleanouts in Doraville, GA

Boxes, worn-out tools, broken bikes and years of extra stuff come out so your car fits in the garage again. We carry it all to the truck at the curb, sweep the floor and leave the driveway just as neat as when we arrived.

Your garage, usable again

Garages rarely fill up overnight. A leftover moving box, a mower that quit, cans of paint from an old project. Eventually the car sits outside and the garage holds stuff. When the pile is too large, heavy or mixed to chip away at a few bags at a time, clearing it in one visit is the answer.

Show us what goes, and we lift it. There's no need to haul things to the curb or rent a trailer. We do the carrying and loading and keep the mess in the garage, away from your lawn, your flower beds and the neighbor's half of the driveway.

What we do when we clear your garage

Sorting together on site

We start with a walk through the garage. You show us what stays, what goes and what you're on the fence about, and the keep pile goes to the side so none of it lands on the truck by accident.

Bulky, heavy items

Spare fridges, chest freezers, treadmills, workbenches and dead mowers are all part of it. They go out on dollies with straps, so nothing drags on the floor or hits the door frame.

Taking down shelves and cabinets

Shaky metal shelving and old wall cabinets usually have to be taken apart before they leave. We break them down and haul away the pieces.

Usable items

Furniture, tools and sports gear that still work are set aside for donation when possible, so not everything heads to the landfill.

Swept clean when we finish

After the final load, we sweep the garage and look over the driveway for nails, screws and glass. You're left with a clear, swept space to use however you like.

Signs your garage needs clearing out

  • The car lives in the driveway

If you haven't parked inside in a year or more, the garage has become a storage unit you aren't paying for, and your car is taking the weather instead.

  • Cardboard is soft or smells musty

Humid Georgia summers soak into boxes stacked on a concrete floor. Damp cardboard breeds mildew and ruins whatever is inside, so it's better to clear it before the damage spreads.

  • You're seeing pests

Droppings, chewed boxes or spider webs in every corner usually mean the clutter is giving critters a place to hide.

  • You can't find the tools you own

When you buy a second drill because the first one is buried, the pile is costing you money.

  • A move or sale is coming

Buyers and movers both need an empty garage. Clearing it early takes one big chore off moving week.

What the visit looks like

  1. 1

A short call and a straight quote

Let us know what's in there and about how full it is. You can get a phone quote, or we'll book a free, no-obligation on-site estimate if you want us to look first.

  2. 2

We pull up and set up the route

The truck parks at the curb or the foot of the driveway, never on the grass. We then walk through with you and confirm what's staying.

  3. 3

Carry out, load up, haul off

Items come out in an order that keeps the path clear and leaves your keep pile alone. Loose bits go into bags or bins along the way so nothing blows into the yard.

  4. 4

    Sweep and final look

We sweep the floor, collect stray hardware from the driveway and look it over with you before leaving. If you see something else you want gone, we take it while we're there.

What sets the cost of a garage cleanout

Garage jobs are priced mainly by the truck space your things fill and the effort of loading them. Pricing is upfront with no hidden fees, so the price you accept is the price you pay. We don't give a number until we know what's in there, because a half-full one-car garage and a stuffed two-car garage are entirely different jobs.

Amount of stuff
Filling more of the truck costs more. A few big pieces can use as much space as several dozen boxes.
Heavy pieces
Appliances, old workout machines and concrete pavers weigh more and take extra effort to carry and dispose of.
Things that need dismantling
Taking down shelving, cabinets or a built-in workbench adds time to the job.
Items that need special handling
Mattresses, tires and some appliances can carry extra disposal costs. We'll point them out before we begin, so nothing catches you off guard.

Garage cleanout questions

Something not covered here? (404) 476-8101

Do I have to sort it all before you come?

No. Most people already know what they want to keep and decide on the rest with us during the visit. Putting tape on keep items or pushing them to one side speeds things up, but it isn't required.

Can you take paint, gas or other chemicals?

Some garage chemicals, like gasoline, pesticides and paint thinner, need special disposal and can't go on our truck. Let us know what you have when you call, and we'll tell you what we can haul and what should go to a local drop-off.

How long does a garage cleanout take?

A lightly cluttered one-car garage can be finished in a short visit. A full two-car garage with shelving to take down takes longer. We'll give you an honest estimate of the time on the phone so you can plan your day.

Who comes to my house?

Our own crew. We're enrolled in E-Verify, so everyone hauling from your garage has had their eligibility to work confirmed. They'll talk through the job with you before anything gets moved.

How soon can you come?

Same-day and next-day service are available, depending on the week's schedule. We serve Doraville and nearby towns such as Chamblee, Tucker and Norcross, and we'll give you the earliest open slot when you call.

Ready to pull the car back in

Call and tell us what's taking up your garage. We'll price it, clear it and sweep the floor. If your basement or storage unit needs the same work, ask about our basement and storage unit cleanouts as well.
